5 Tips to a Better Life that Your Dog Already Knows

Health and Life Tips your dog can teach you:

1)  Exercise: Dogs love to take walks. Many get tired after about 30 minutes and want to slurp up some water.

Guess What?

30 minutes of walking followed by a large glass of water is good for you too!

2)  Diet: Most dog owners keep the daily food intake regulated based on their weight, age, and health conditions.

Guess What?

A human diet also needs to be regulated based on weight, age, and health conditions.

3)  Forgiveness: People step on dogs, shoo them out of the way, or yell at them for a myriad of random reasons, but they always forgive you immediately.

Guess What?

People close doors on you, cut you off in traffic, or are simply completely oblivious to their surroundings everywhere you turn. Instead of getting riled up and upset. Shrug it off and forgive them for their ignorance.

4)  Attitude: When you get home, your dog always greets you with a happy and excited tail wag. They have waited all day to see you.

Guess What?

This is the same approach people should take when coming home to a significant other. Get off the couch, stand up, give them a big hug and say, "I'm glad your home!"

5)  Loyalty: No matter what happens, your loving dog is always loyal. They lay by you when you sleep, sit by you when you eat, get happy when you are home, and love your affection always. Your dog will brag to other dogs how you are the best owner in the whole world!

Guess What?

People should do this with their friends and loved ones. Brag about how awesome the people in your life are. Thank them for doing nice things. Do nice things for them. Avoid bad talking and back stabbing.

Our dogs embody so many qualities that humans should partake in. Yet many consider them inferior to us. If we all took some of the natural instincts our animals utilize, we would live significantly more full and rich lives....together.
